Hi! I'm Kari...
I'm a guide for those seeking to shift suffering and pain into more peace, love, and joy. It is my greatest joy to support people in letting go of what no longer serves them and witness them stepping into their power. I wish you all could see what I see each day, as I serve and witness my clients raising their consciousness, remembering they can choose self-love, and feel good about the personal choices they make each day.
I promised one of my clients from the Veterans Administration where I used to work that when I brought my work to the public I would continue to speak how I spoke to him and not turn my voice into a Dr. voice.. :-)
So here I go... the truth is that I love what I do so much - it is actually how I play. When I give myself the gift of playing in my imagination... I experience tremendous power and magnetic waves pulsing thru my body. Some of my soul sisters have actually witnessed this in me... I ask anyone else feel this magic? So truly for me... what I have experienced in play continues to show up in my reality. In fact, it was thru my imagination that I was guided to create this website.
I notice that a lot of humans continue to have their focus on what is wrong and what needs more healing. I have no judgment and I totally get it. I am just ready to play with what else awaits us. Of course, I will continue to grow and expand (which also has a bit of contraction and pain to it), AND when we get how growing pains are related to our expansion it no longer becomes such a big deal.
So when it comes to my imagination, I see me gathering up all of those curious and ready to step into their super powers. I connect with the most unconditional loving powerful energy to support this sacred circle. As we gaze into each others eyes we remember that we are no longer alone. We now have a tribe that believes in us... that sees us.. that is not afraid to witness the magic and miracles that are within one another. Your vision matters. You do not freak us out! In fact we celebrate you - all of you! This is the energy in how I work. :-)

I AM a counseling psychologist (PhD) with 20+ years of experience, supporting over 3,000 people in the journey of coming into their wholeness, increasing self-awareness, and treating disorders related to anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, addictions, and emotional dysregulation, and other mental health conditions. I help people shift from living and being in trauma energy to that of creator energy.
I bridge science (evidenced based treatment interventions) Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Imagery with that of sound healing, intuition, spirit, and holistic approaches. I see each individual that crosses my path as already whole, healed, and divine. I create a sacred space for my clients to feel safe, access their body's wisdom, and remember that they have everything already in them to heal. With permission, I implement interventions to disrupt autopilot stories and neurobiological/energetic patterns that keeps us stuck, anxious, and going thru the motions of life. With intention, awareness, and learning new skills my clients can recreate and shift their internal world experiences so that it can anchor in experiencing more of what they desire in their every day lives.
As a psychologist, I value clients getting the results that they desire in the most efficient process. I work with science and mind-body-spirit interventions that invites my clients to raise their consciousness and connect with their infinite wisdom to guide their focus, desires, and capacity to make conscious choice. I work in a different paradigm than most therapists. I bring what I have learned from my own healing process, professional training, and work in raising my own consciousness to my work that I now refer to as play.
